Such vulnerable patients could benefit from a more precise assessment and characterization of their CAD with ultra-high resolution (UHR) photon-counting detector (PCD) CT that would potentially avoid the need for pre-implantation invasive coronary angiography (ICA). This international multicenter prospective registry study aims to investigate the feasibility and diagnostic accuracy of PCD-CT in the assessment of CAD in the high-risk population of patients undergoing TAVI, as compared to ICA.",[26,27,28],"Coronary Artery Disease","Aortic Valve Stenosis","Tomography, X-Ray Computed",[30],"photon-counting detector computed tomography","RECRUITING","2025-06-04",{"date":34,"type":35},"2025-06-11","ACTUAL",{"date":37,"type":35},"2024-06-01",{"date":39,"type":21},"2030-05-30",{"name":41,"class":42},"Semmelweis University","OTHER",7,{"id":45,"slug":46,"hasResults":11,"nctId":47,"briefTitle":48,"officialTitle":49,"acronym":4,"eligibilityCriteria":50,"healthyVolunteers":11,"sex":17,"minAge":18,"maxAge":4,"enrollmentInfo":51,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":23,"phases":4,"briefSummary":53,"conditions":54,"keywords":58,"overallStatus":63,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":64,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":65,"startDateStruct":67,"completionDateStruct":69,"leadSponsor":71,"locationsCount":73},"100565712","retrospective-analysis-of-clinical-and-ct-features-to-predict-spread-through-air-space-in-stage-ia-lung-adenocarcinoma-100565712","NCT06645743","Retrospective Analysis of Clinical and CT Features to Predict Spread Through Air Space in Stage IA Lung Adenocarcinoma","Clinical and Imaging Features Were Used to Predict the Occurrence of Spread Through Air Space in Stage IA Lung Adenocarcinoma","Inclusion Criteria:\n\nPreoperative CT images reported that the maximum diameter of pulmonary nodules was less than 3 cm\n\nAll subjects provided CT imaging obtained from Yunnan Cancer Hospital within a 2-week period prior to surgery\n\nPostoperative pathological diagnosis of invasive lung adenocarcinoma\n\nRemote metastasis was excluded by preoperative imaging (CT, PET-CT, ultrasound, etc.)\n\nAge ≥ 18 years\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\nIncomplete collection of medical records, imaging data, or hematology data\n\nPreoperative complications of other malignant tumors\n\nUnclear correspondence between postoperative pathological report and preoperative CT nodule location\n\nImages do not meet analysis conditions due to pulmonary infection or large respiratory motion artifacts\n\nPostoperative pathology revealed two or more nodules classified as infiltrating adenocarcinoma\n\nPrior lung surgery or preoperative neoadjuvant therapy",{"count":52,"type":21},1100,"The purpose of this study is to provide a basis for the selection of surgical methods for patients with stage IA lung adenocarcinoma.
