Elderly patients scheduled for elective minimally invasive gastrointestinal tumor surgery under general anesthesia\n2. Age ≥65 years\n3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification ≤III\n4. Body mass index (BMI) 18-30 kg\u002Fm²\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n1. Allergy to anesthetic agents\n2. Preoperative chronic pain or chronic use of opioids\u002Fnonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs)\n3.
