To evaluate the impact of complex behavioral intervention on the one-year overall survival rate of patients with unresectable liver cancer after comprehensive treatment, a comparative study was conducted between the complex behavioral intervention group and the standard medical care control group, and the dose-response relationship between the intervention intensity and clinical outcomes was explored.\n2. Analyze the impact mechanisms of complex behavioral interventions on patients' quality of life, adverse treatment reactions, and key biological indicators, including evaluating clinical outcomes such as 2-year overall survival rate, progression-free survival (PFS), objective response rate (ORR), and disease control rate (DCR), as well as the association between changes in related biomarkers and behavioral compliance.\n3. Evaluate the implementation effect and sustainability of the \"in-hospital face-to-face + wechat platform\" hybrid intervention model, including intervention acceptance, long-term behavior maintenance, health economic benefits, and perioperative recovery of patients undergoing down-conversion surgery.",[27,28],"Primary Hepatocellular Carcinoma","Unresectable Liver Cancer","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-01-04",{"date":32,"type":33},"2026-01-13","ACTUAL",{"date":35,"type":21},"2026-01",{"date":37,"type":21},"2028-12",{"name":39,"class":40},"Eastern Hepatobiliary Surgery Hospital","OTHER",1,{"id":43,"slug":44,"hasResults":11,"nctId":45,"briefTitle":46,"officialTitle":46,"acronym":4,"eligibilityCriteria":47,"healthyVolunteers":11,"sex":16,"minAge":17,"maxAge":48,"enrollmentInfo":49,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":51,"phases":4,"briefSummary":52,"conditions":53,"keywords":54,"overallStatus":29,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":55,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":56,"startDateStruct":58,"completionDateStruct":60,"leadSponsor":62,"locationsCount":4},"100571040","study-on-the-efficacy-and-safety-of-transarterial-chemoembolization-combined-with-targeted-immunotherapy-in-patients-with-unresectable-hepatocellular-carcinoma-100571040","NCT06715072","Study on the Efficacy and Safety of Transarterial Chemoembolization Combined With Targeted Immunotherapy in Patients With Unresectable Hepatocellular Carcinoma","Inclusion Criteria:Voluntarily join this study and sign the informed consent form;Age ≥18 years and ≤68 years, receiving arterial chemoembolization combined with targeted immunotherapy, regardless of gender; At least one measurable lesion as defined by the Modified Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors (mRECIST);Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group performance status (ECOG PS) of 0 or 1;Child-Pugh score ≤7;Generally good condition, such as albumin \\>25 g\u002FL, white blood cells \\>3×10\\^9\u002FL (excluding causes such as hypersplenism), platelets \\>50×10\\^9\u002FL, etc.;Expected survival \\>12 weeks; No fertility requirements.\n\nExclusion Criteria:Uncontrolled hypertension;Active autoimmune diseases;Concurrent other untreated malignancies;Pregnant or breastfeeding women;Active bleeding tendency or coagulation disorders;Severe liver, kidney, heart, or bone marrow dysfunction;Severe allergy to iodine contrast agents;Other contraindications to the use of TACE, lenvatinib, camrelizumab, atezolizumab, bevacizumab, etc.;The investigator believes that accompanying medical history may affect the subject's safe completion of the study.","68 Years",{"count":50,"type":21},70,"OBSERVATIONAL","This study is a single-center, single-arm, prospective study.
