Upper limb amputation can affect posture, balance control, pain levels, daily living activities, hand function, and reaction time. However, limited research has investigated how the amount of limb loss influences these outcomes.\n\nParticipants between 18 and 65 years of age who use a myoelectric or bionic prosthesis will undergo a series of assessments. These assessments include measurements of postural control using a force platform, posture analysis, evaluation of neck and low back pain using a visual analog scale, daily living activities using a validated questionnaire, hand dexterity using the Box and Block Test, and reaction time using a visual stimulus device.\n\nThe study does not involve any intervention or treatment. All evaluations will be performed during a single assessment session. The results of this study may help improve rehabilitation planning and provide better understanding of functional changes associated with different levels of limb loss in people with upper limb amputation.",[24,25,26,27,28,29],"Upper Limb Amputation","Postural Control","Neck Pain","Low Back Pain","Daily Activities","Reaction Time",[24,25,26,31,32,33],"low back pain","Daily Living Activities","reaction time","RECRUITING","2026-06-30",{"date":37,"type":38},"2026-07-01","ACTUAL",{"date":40,"type":38},"2026-01-01",{"date":42,"type":20},"2026-12-01",{"name":44,"class":45},"Hacettepe University","OTHER",1,{"id":48,"slug":49,"hasResults":11,"nctId":50,"briefTitle":51,"officialTitle":51,"acronym":4,"eligibilityCriteria":52,"healthyVolunteers":11,"sex":15,"minAge":53,"maxAge":54,"enrollmentInfo":55,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":57,"phases":58,"briefSummary":60,"conditions":61,"keywords":67,"overallStatus":34,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":71,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":72,"startDateStruct":74,"completionDateStruct":76,"leadSponsor":78,"locationsCount":46},"100514681","level-up-adaptive-gaming-for-children-with-upper-limb-differences-100514681","NCT05981664","Level Up!
