Healthy children aged 1-12 years;\n2. Vaccination history:\n\n   * Participants aged 1 year old: no vaccination history with any varicella containing vaccine;\n   * Participants aged 2\\~12 years old: no vaccination history with any varicella containing vaccine, or have received 1 dose of varicella vaccine at least 3 months before enrollment;\n3. Participants and\u002For their legal guardians are able to understand and sign the informed consent\u002Fassent voluntarily;\n4. Participants are able to comply with the study procedures based on the assessment of the investigator;\n5. Participants should provide verifiable identification, to be contacted, and to contact the investigator during the study period.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n1. Prior history of VZV infection;\n2. Have been exposed to VZV at home, day care, school, etc. within 4 weeks before enrollment;\n3. Known allergy to vaccines or vaccine ingredients, or serious adverse reactions to vaccines, such as urticaria, dyspnea, angioneurotic edema;\n4. Autoimmune diseases, immunodeficiency diseases (including but not limited to systemic lupus erythematosus, ankylosing spondylitis, autoimmune thyroid diseases, asplenia, functional asplenia, and HIV infection);\n5. Coagulation disorders (e.g. factor deficiency, platelet disorders), or history of bleeding, hematoma, or bruising following intramuscular injections or venipuncture;\n6. Poorly controlled chronic illnesses or history of severe diseases that, including but not limited to cardiovascular diseases, hematological disorders, liver and kidney diseases, digestive system disorders, respiratory diseases, malignancies, and a history of major organ transplantation;\n7. Any confirmed or suspected syphilis, hepatitis B or hepatitis C infection;\n8. Current or history of severe neurological diseases (epilepsy, convulsions or seizures \\[excluding history of febrile seizures\\]) or psychiatric disorders, or presence of a family history of psychiatric disorders;\n9. Healthy children aged 15 months to 12 years.\n2. Have received one dose of varicella vaccine at 12 months of age in Turkey (verified by vaccination card or official electronic immunization record).\n3. Written informed consent obtained from parent(s) or legally authorized representative(s); assent obtained from children as applicable according to local regulations.\n4. Able to comply with study procedures, as assessed by the investigator.\n5. Able to provide verifiable identification and be contacted for study follow-up during the study period.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n1. History of varicella-zoster virus (VZV) infection (based on parental report or medical record).\n2. Known exposure to VZV within 4 weeks prior to screening.\n3. Receipt of more than one dose of varicella vaccine.\n4. Interval between first dose of varicella vaccine and enrollment less than 3 months.\n5. A total of 300 healthy participants aged 15 months - 12 years will be enrolled. Written informed consent form will be obtained from participants' parents or legally acceptable representatives (and assents will be obtained from participants aged above 9 years old and written consent forms will be prepared and consent will be obtained in writing if possible from the participants aged 3-8 years old.) before enrollment. Participants will be assigned to 5 groups according to the brand of first dose varicella vaccine they received at the age of 12 months. All participants will receive the second dose of varicella vaccine manufactured by Sinovac.\n\nThe duration of individual participation from enrollment to the last onsite visit will be a maximum of 42 days. The end of study is considered the completion of the last visit for the last participant in this study.\n\nBlood samples (2.5 - 3.0ml per time) for immunogenicity assessment will be collected.
