The study will be conducted as a randomized controlled experimental trial with three groups. In Experimental Group 1, patients will be placed in the supine position; in Experimental Group 2, the lateral position; and in Experimental Group 3, the prone position prior to the injection procedure, followed by an IM injection into the ventrogluteal site.
