Participants who receive the program right away will\n\n* Progress through the program at their own pace\n* Learn about pain science, do pelvic health exercises, and use information to be more mindful and less anxious about the pain\n* Answer questions about their pain experiences and sexual wellbeing before and after the 3-month program, as well as 3 months after the end of the program\n* Provide information about their experiences with the program and progress through the program during and after the program",[27,28,29,30,31],"Vulvodynia (Chronic Vulvar Pain)","Vulvar Vestibulitis","Vestibulodynia","Provoked Vestibulodynia","Provoked Localized Vulvodynia",[33,34,35,36,37,38],"vulvodynia","provoked vestibulodynia","virtual pelvic health program","pain and sexual wellbeing outcomes","randomized controlled trial","intervention","RECRUITING","2026-02-09",{"date":42,"type":43},"2026-02-12","ACTUAL",{"date":45,"type":43},"2025-12-17",{"date":47,"type":21},"2028-12",{"name":49,"class":50},"Queen's University","OTHER",1,{"id":53,"slug":54,"hasResults":11,"nctId":55,"briefTitle":56,"officialTitle":57,"acronym":58,"eligibilityCriteria":59,"healthyVolunteers":11,"sex":17,"minAge":18,"maxAge":4,"enrollmentInfo":60,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":22,"phases":62,"briefSummary":63,"conditions":64,"keywords":69,"overallStatus":39,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":78,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":79,"startDateStruct":81,"completionDateStruct":83,"leadSponsor":85,"locationsCount":51},"100580670","vibrating-vs-traditional-therapy-for-treatment-of-entry-dyspareunia-100580670","NCT06840314","VIBRating vs Traditional Therapy for Treatment of ENTry Dyspareunia","VIBRENT- VIBRating vs Traditional Therapy for Treatment of ENTry Dyspareunia","VIBRENT","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Assigned female at birth\n* Age ≥ 18 years old\n* Genito-pelvic pain\u002Fpenetration disorder (per ICD-10 diagnosis codes: F52.5 Vaginismus not due to a substance or known physiological condition, F52.6 Dyspareunia not due to a substance or known physiological condition, N94.1 Dyspareunia, N94.2 Vaginismus, N94.81 Vulvodynia)\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Current or prior use of a therapeutic vaginal device used to treat GPPPD\n* Unmanaged genitourinary syndrome of menopause\n* History of pelvic radiation\n* History of genital tract malignancy\n* History of female genital mutilation\n* History of prior surgery for prolapse or incontinence, including vaginal mesh or midurethral sling mesh\n* Silicone allergy",{"count":61,"type":21},60,[24],"The goal of this randomized controlled trial is to determine whether the use of a novel vibrating pelvic floor therapeutic device (\"Kiwi\") improves sexual function in sexually active women aged 18 and older with genito-pelvic pain and penetration disorder (GPPPD) more effectively than traditional vaginal dilators.\n\nThe main questions it aims to answer are:\n\n1.
