About this trial

This is a prospective observational cohort study (AI-Kidney-Prognosis), aiming to non-invasively predict the clinical outcomes in renal cell carcinoma patients after surgical treatment using radiomics-based AI models, thereby assisting clinical decision-making and personalized follow-up strategies.

Eligibility criteria

Qualifiers

Patients were treated for renal cell carcinoma in Wuhan Union Hospital from August 2025 to August 2026;

Aged > 18 years old;

At least one abdominal CT scan before treatment;

Tissue biopsy pathological examination confirmed the diagnosis of renal cell carcinoma.

Disqualifiers

Poor image quality;

Incomplete clinical data or loss of follow-up;

Presence of another primary malignancy other than renal cell carcinoma;

Unclear pathological diagnosis.
