The study aims to explore the effects of isotretinoin therapy on the dry eye parameters in acne vulgaris patients \& determine if it is dose-dependent or not.

Qualifiers
Moderate to severe acne on isotretinoin
Disqualifiers
Occular diseases causing dry eye
Pregnant females
