Eligibility criteria
Qualifiers
Age 18 or older.
Male or female.
Diagnosis or history of malignant cancer (excluding non-melanoma skin cancer) or tumor disease.
Able to read, write, and speak in English.
Disqualifiers
Children will not be enrolled in this study.
Pregnant women will not be enrolled in this study.
Cognitively impaired subjects will not be enrolled in this study.
