Qualifiers

hypogonadotropic hypogonadism

Kallmann syndrome

adult-onset hypogonadotropic hypogonadism

hypothalamic amenorrhea

Disqualifiers

acute illness/hospitalization

pituitary tumors

iron overload (hemochromatosis)

infiltrative diseases (sarcoidosis)
