About this trial

The goal of this study is to evaluate the feasibility of Health Web - Te@m 1.0 for older adults in selected primary healthcare settings in northern Sweden. More specifically, the feasibility will be assessed through the following objectives:

* Explore older adults' experiences of the intervention process, acceptability, and perceptions of the value of participating in Health Web - Te@m. * Explore professionals' experiences of acceptability, value, and implementation potential of delivering Health Web - Te@m in primary healthcare settings. * Evaluate adherence to Health Web - Te@m among older adults and professionals. * Evaluate the assessments' ability to detect potential outcomes of Health Web - Te@m.

Eligibility criteria

Qualifiers

65 years or older and retired

live in ordinary housing

experience a changed life situation that can pose a risk of reduced social participation and health

have access to a computer or tablet, access to and experience of using the Internet and e-mail

Disqualifiers

have an ongoing application to nursing home

disease or conditions that affect the ability to provide informed consent and participate in data collection and the intervention
