Eligibility criteria

Qualifiers

Registered nurses, staff nurses, or head nurses

Currently working in clinical settings (e.g., ICU, medical, or surgical units)

Direct involvement in patient care

Willing to participate and provide informed consent

Disqualifiers

Nurses on extended leave during the data collection period

Incomplete questionnaire responses
