>18 years
Indication for TIPS implantation
Ability to sign informed consent
Disqualifiers
Contraindications against TIPS implantation
Hepatocellular carcinoma BCLC D
Ongoing bleeding
pre-existing anticoagulant therapy at time of inclusion
