Eligibility criteria
Qualifiers
Age 18 - 60 years
ASA physical status I -II
Patients scheduled for elective FESS
Disqualifiers
Allergy to drugs used
Coagulopathy or anticoagulant therapy
Severe cardiovascular, renal and hepatic disease
Chronic opioid use Pregnancy
