investigate the effect of different vasodilators as Tadalafil in women with unexplained infertility using IVF

Eligibility criteria

Qualifiers

has good quality day five frozen embryos.

Disqualifiers

hypotension (blood pressure less than 90/50) and

history of stroke or myocardial infarction

Treatments tested in this trial

  • Tadalafil 5mg
  • estradiol valerate 2 mg

Treatment groups

100 Participants
are divided into 2 treatment groups
