Eligibility criteria

Qualifiers

Age more than 18 years old

Acute-on-chronic liver failure (ACLF)

Hepatic encephalopathy

spontaneous bacterial peritonitis (SBP)

Disqualifiers

Age of less than 18 years old

Pregnancy or Lactation

patients have seizure

patient on warfarin
