Known endometriosis or
Symptoms suggestive of endometriosis: dysmenorrhea, pelvic pain, cyclic dysuria, dyspareunia, cyclic dyschezia, infertility, rectal bleeding, chest pain, catamenial hematuria
Minor or menopausal patient
Pregnant and breastfeeding patient
Other reason for consultation
