Qualifiers
Burkitt's lymphoma (BL)
Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL)
Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL)
Follicular lymphoma (FL)
Disqualifiers
Individuals previously diagnosed with B-cell neoplasms.
Individuals younger than 18 years.
