Eligibility criteria

Qualifiers

Age : 18-60

ASA Physical Status I or II

Elective endoscopic sinus surgery under general anesthesia .

Disqualifiers

Refusal to participate

Mental retardation or inability to communicate

Allergy to anesthetics or study medications .

Chronic use of beta blockers .
