Nulliparous pregnant women >/= 37 weeks gestation
Singleton pregnancies
Admission for induction of labor or spontaneous labor
Multiple gestations
Multiparous patients
Patients with major fetal anomalies
Not on oxytocin at the time of complete cervical dilation
