Internal urethrotomy according to Sachse (endoscopic transurethral urethrotomy)
End-to-end anastomosis
Urethral plastic surgeries with oral mucosa graft (potentially penile skin)
Urethral plastic surgeries with mesh graft
Disqualifiers
Lack of capacity to consent
