A Clinical Study of Ifinatamab Deruxtecan (I-DXd) in People With Metastatic Prostate Cancer (MK-2400-001)

Researchers are looking for new ways to treat metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC). Researchers have designed a study medicine called ifinatamab deruxtecan (also called I-DXd or MK-2400) to treat mCRPC. The goal of this study is to learn if people who receive I-DXd live longer overall and live longer without the cancer growing or spreading than people who receive chemotherapy.

A Clinical Study of Zilovertamab Vedotin (MK-2140) Plus Rituximab Plus Cyclophosphamide, Doxorubicin, and Prednisone (R-CHP) Versus Polatuzumab Vedotin Plus R-CHP in People With Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma (DLBCL) (MK-2140-011/waveLINE-011)

Researchers are looking for ways to treat germinal center B-cell-like diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (GCB DLBCL). DLBCL is a fast-growing blood cancer that affects B-cells. GCB is a type of DLBCL that affects young B-cells that are still maturing. The goal of this study is to learn if more people who receive zilovertamab vedotin (MK-2140) and R-CHP have the cancer respond (go away) than those who receive polatuzumab vedotin and R-CHP.

A Non-inferiority Pharmacokinetic and Safety/Tolerability Study of Two Different Doses of Weekly SC Alpha1-PI 15% Compared With Corresponding Standard IV Alpha1-PI in Participants With Alpha1-Antitrypsin Deficiency (AATD)

This study is designed to compare two different weekly doses of a medicine called Alpha1-Proteinase Inhibitor given by injection under the skin with the standard doses of the same medicine given through a vein. Adults with Alpha-1 Antitrypsin Deficiency will take part. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of the treatment groups, and both the study doctors and participants will know which treatment is being given. The main goals of the study are to understand how the body processes the medicine (pharmacokinetics) and to assess how safe and well tolerated the different weekly doses are.

The purpose of this protocol is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of tulisokibart in participants with moderately to severely active Crohn's disease. Study 1's primary hypotheses are that at least 1 tulisokibart dose level is superior to placebo in the proportion of participants achieving clinical remission per Crohn's Disease Activity Index score (\<150, US/FDA) or per stool frequency and abdominal pain score (EU/EMA) and in the proportion of participants achieving endoscopic response at Week 52 (US/FDA and EU/EMA), and that at least 1 tulisokibart dose level is superior to placebo in the proportion of participants achieving clinical remission per Crohn's Disease Activity Index score (\<150, US/FDA) or per stool frequency and abdominal pain score (EU/EMA) and in the proportion of participants achieving endoscopic response at Week 12 (US/FDA and EU/EMA). Study 2's primary hypothesis is that at least 1 tulisokibart dose level is superior to placebo in the proportion of participants achieving clinical remission per Crohn's Disease Activity Index score (\<150, US/FDA) or stool frequency and abdominal pain score (EU/EMA) and in the proportion of participants achieving endoscopic response at Week 12 (US/FDA and EU/EMA).

A Clinical Study of Sacituzumab Tirumotecan (MK-2870) in Combination With Pembrolizumab (MK-3475) as First-line Maintenance Treatment of Cervical Cancer (MK-2870-036/TroFuse-036/GOG-3123/ENGOT-cx22)

Researchers are looking for new ways to treat metastatic cervical cancer. Cervical cancer is cancer in the cervix, the lower part of the uterus (womb). Metastatic means the cancer has spread to other parts of the body. Researchers want to learn about giving the study medicine sacituzumab tirumotecan (also called sac-TMT or MK-2870) along with pembrolizumab and bevacizumab treatments. Sac-TMT is an antibody drug conjugate, which is a type of medicine that attaches to specific targets on cancer cells and delivers treatment to destroy those cells. The goals of this study are to learn: * About the safety of sac-TMT with pembrolizumab and bevacizumab, and if people tolerate them when given together, and * If people who receive sac-TMT and pembrolizumab, with or without bevacizumab, live longer overall or without their cancer getting worse as compared to those who receive standard treatment
