Bone Neoplasms

This is a single-center, single-arm, prospective observational study to evaluate the long-term local control rate, safety, and efficacy of preoperative neoadjuvant radiotherapy (36-45 Gy) followed by sequential radical surgery and postoperative chemotherapy in patients with high-risk, resectable localized Ewing sarcoma.

Translational studies in cancer research can be impeded by the lack of high-quality clinical data that can be correlated with research questions. This is particularly true in the case of rare diseases, such as bone and soft tissue tumors. It is therefore the purpose of this study to create a prospective EHR-based clinical registry for individuals with bone and soft-tissue tumors.

In this observational study patients treated at European Institute of Oncology with radiotherapy to limbs will be included

Investigate the application protocol, feasibility, and efficacy of indocyanine green (ICG)-assisted near-infrared (NIR) fluorescence-guided resection in bone and soft tissue tumors. Assess the incidence of adverse events and evaluate the safety of the protocol.
