Chronic Hepatitis B Infection

The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, immunogenicity and Pharmacokinetics (PK) characteristics of AHB-171 Injection in healthy participants (Part A) and participants with chronic hepatitis B (CHB, Part B), and assess its preliminary efficacy in CHB participants.

This is a Phase 2 study to evaluate efficacy and safety of 48 weeks of oral once daily monotherapy with ALG-000184 versus tenofovir disproxil fumarate (TDF) for chronic HBV infection.

This is a Phase 1 non-randomized, open-label, single-dose study of pevifoscorvir sodium (also known as ALG-000184) in participants with severe renal impairment (Part 1), in participants with mild or moderate renal impairment (Optional Part 2) and in participants without renal impairment (Parts 1 and 2), matched for age, body weight and, to the extent possible, for sex.

This is a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, multiple-ascending-dose study of SN2001 in healthy adult subjects. The study is designed to evaluate the safety, tolerability and immunogenicity of SN2001.
