Amino Acids and Exercise in FSHD

This study evaluates whether amino acid supplementation, combined with a structured diet and exercise program, improves body composition (increased muscle mass and reduced fat mass) and physical performance in individuals with facioscapulohumeral muscular dystrophy (FSHD).
