Determination of Glycemic Index and Glycemic Load of Selected Melon Varieties in Healthy Adults

This crossover study aims to determine and compare the glycemic index (GI) and glycemic load (GL) of different melon varieties in healthy adults. Using glucose as the reference food, participants will consume test portions of each melon variety containing equivalent amounts of available carbohydrates.

Determination of the Glycemic Index (GI) and Glycemic Load (GL) of Watermelon (Citrullus Lanatus) in Healthy Adults

This study aims to evaluate and compare the glycemic load (GL) and glycemic index (GI) of different types of watermelons commonly available in the market. Using glucose as the reference standard, the study will measure the blood glucose response following consumption of each watermelon type in healthy adult participants.
