Pre- and Post-neuromusculoskeletal Injury Risk Evaluation for Return-to-Duty Enhancement

The purpose of this study is to develop comprehensive and efficient pre- and post- musculoskeletal injury (MSKI) risk assessments for Service members, incorporating both objective and subjective measures. This is a multi-site observational study to identify the pre- and post-MSKI physical and psychosocial factors contributing to MSKI risks and undesired patient outcomes following MSKI. The study hypothesis is that a set of field-expedient clinical assessments can identify Service member specific MSKI risk factors and post-MSKI deficits that contribute to undesired patient outcomes and provide data to guide patient-specific risk mitigation and rehabilitation programs.

Identification of Kinematic Variables Specific of Patellar Tendinopathy in Athletes at Risk

This research aims to identify and monitor specific kinematic markers associated with patellar tendinopathy in athletes at risk. Using a markerless motion capture system, vertical jump tests will be analyzed to detect early biomechanical changes in the knees, hips, trunk, and ankles. By comparing injured participants, the study seeks to improve early diagnosis and personalized prevention strategies for patellar tendinopathy.

Binaural Beats Stimulation on the Autonomic Nervous System (ANS), Kinesiophobia and Fitness Levels in Professional Athletes With Musculoskeletal (MSK) Injuries

The purpose of the current study is to investigate the effectiveness of binaural beat stimulation on the autonomic nervous system (ANS), taking into account kinesiophobia related to reinjury and fitness levels in professional athletes with musculoskeletal injuries. The study hypothesis is that binaural beats will have beneficial effects by reducing ANS activity, primarily through modulation of parasympathetic nervous system (PNS) activity, as well as by reducing kinesiophobia related to reinjury and enhancing fitness levels in this population. Researchers will compare binaural beat stimulation to a placebo condition and to a condition without binaural beats in order to evaluate and compare the effects of those three conditions on psychological and physiological parameters in professional athletes with musculoskeletal injuries. Participants will: * Receive receive music intervention either with binaural beat stimulation or placebo or music without binaural beats before their training sessions and competitions for a period of four weeks. * Maintain a diary to document each session of the music-based intervention.

Combined Effects of Calisthenics and Plyometric to Reduce Risk of Musculoskeletal Injuries Among School Going Children

The goal of this clinical trial is to know about the combined effects of calisthenics and plyometric exercises on reducing risk of MSK injuries among school-going children. The main questions it aims to answer are: 1. Will combined exercises (calisthenics+ plyometrics) have a better effect on reducing risk of MSK injuries among school-going children? 2. How do these exercise interventions impact functional movements, and musculoskeletal pain improvements in children Researchers will compare a calisthenics exercise group, a plyometric exercise group, and a combined group (Calisthenics+ Plyometric) to see if there are differences in reducing risk of MSK injuries outcomes. Participants will: * Be male school-going children aged 8-12 years. * Be randomly assigned to one of three groups: calisthenics, plyometric, or combined * Complete baseline assessments of MSK (Functional Movement Screening and pain). * Participate in their assigned exercise program 3 times per week for 8 weeks * Complete follow-up assessments of MSK (Functional Movement Screening and pain) at 4 weeks and 8 weeks. * Perform tests for functional movement screening and MSK assessment.
