R.E.C.K vs Exparel in Robotic Nephrectomy

The purpose of the study is to evaluate the efficacy of R.E.C.K (ropivacaine epinephrine clonidine ketorolac) vs Exparel during robotic partial and radical nephrectomy in a single institution, prospective, randomized trial. The study will evaluate post operative Numerical Rating Score (NRS) pain scores, post operative pain medication intake (opioids and over-the-counter pain medicines) and length of stay across the two patient cohorts. The findings will help to inform whether the increased cost of Exparel when compared to R.E.C.K is justified.

Multimodal Anesthesia in Robotic Laparoscopic Nephrectomy

It is a prospective, randomized, controlled and superiority clinical trial, with the objective of comparing the effectiveness of multimodal anesthesia versus conventional anesthesia in patients undergoing oncological robotic nephrectomy within a short-stay surgery program (SSA). The effect of no specific drug will be evaluated, but rather the anesthetic approach ologies of surgical patients. The clinical trial will be carried out in a third-level university hospital, between the first half of 2026 and the second half of 2027 and, after approval by the corresponding Clinical Research Ethics Committee.

A Study of 3D Visualization Techniques to Improve the Quality and Safety of Robot-assisted Nephron Sparing Surgery for Complex Renal Tumors.

The goal of this clinical trial is to learn the evidence-based medical value of 3D visualization techniques to improve tumor control, preservation of renal function, and perioperative safety in robot-assisted nephron sparing surgery for complex renal tumors. The main question it aims to answer is: Is 3D visualization techniques more effective in improving robot-assisted nephron sparing surgery for complex renal tumors in terms of tumor control, renal function preservation, and perioperative safety. The researchers will randomize participants into a 3D trial group and a conventional group for comparison. Participants will: Complete Blood routine, liver and kidney function tests on the first and third day after operation. Have Renography at 3 and 12 months after the operation. Cooperate with follow-up visits.

Participants needed: 350
