Hip Replacement System (HRS-P) in Primary Total Hip Arthroplasty

To evaluate effectiveness and safety of HHRS in subjects undergoing total hip arthroplasty (THA). Effectiveness will be evaluated using patient-reported, clinical, radiologic, and radiostereometric outcomes.
