Transcatheter Arterial Chemoembolization

Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) with spontaneous rupture is a potentially fatal complication and usually has poor prognosis. In most conditions, the tumors could not be radically moved. Then minimally therapy like transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE) could effectively stanch the ruptured tumor and bleeding vessels. Then TACE combined the Lenvatinib and PD-1 inhibitor for this subtype HCC could effectively inhibit the tumor and improve the prognosis.

The study aims to compare efficacy and adverse reactions of large hepatocellular carcinoma participants (5-10cm) who receive stereotactic body radiation therapy with or without transcatheter arterial chemoembolization.The investigators will optimize the combined treatment schedule of SBRT for hepatocellular carcinoma participants by comparing overall survival rates, progression-free survival rates and local control and adverse reaction occurrence rates in the two groups.
