Digital Occlusal Analysis and Bite Force Evaluation of Primary Molars Restored With Zirconia Crowns Using T-Scan

The goal of this observational study is to evaluate the adaptation of occlusion and bite force after zirconia crown restoration in children with pulp-treated primary molars. The main questions it aims to answer are: How does occlusion adapt after placement of zirconia crowns? Does bite force change following crown restoration? Participants will: Undergo routine pulp treatment and restoration of primary molars with zirconia crowns. Have bite force and occlusal contacts measured using the T-Scan digital occlusal analysis system before and after crown placement.

We Will Assess Zirconia Crown Restoring Endodontically Treated Posterior Teeth With Two Finish Line Designs and Two Occlusal Reduction Schemes

Endodontically treated posterior teeth will be restored with zirconia crowns with two finish line designs(feather edge and rounded shoulder) and two occlusal reduction schemes(flat and planer). The crowns were designed with exocad software program .After cementation clinical performance in terms of marginal adaptation ,marginal discoloration, fracture and secondary caries was evaluated at 3 subsequent follow-up visits every 3months for 1 year.

Proximal Contact Tightness of Zirconia Crowns: Digital Intraoral Scanning vs Conventional Impressions

We will be comparing the proximal contacts of zirconia crowns and adjacent natural teeth in two groups. One receiving crowns fabricated via digital intra oral scanning means. And the other group recieving crowns fabricated via the dental impression method using trays and impression material.
