The objective of this study is to evaluate mycobacteriophage therapy using in-vitro validated mycobacteriophage DP-QB-MYA-002 in combination with conventional antimycobacterial agents for the treatment of multidrug-resistant Mycobacterium abscessus pulmonary disease, with the goal of reducing mycobacterial burden and improving pulmonary outcomes.

Primary objective: • To determine if 18F-PSMA-1007 PET/CT imaging is effective at diagnosing prostate cancers and/or metastases compared to conventional imaging \[including CT, MRI, 99mTc-MDP Bone Scans as available\]. Secondary Objective: * To determine safety by evaluating for adverse events * To determine which conventional imaging is being performed when 18F-PSMA-1007 PET/CT imaging is available

To determine if 68Ga-HA-DOTATATE PET/CT imaging is effective at diagnosing somatostatin positive tumors compared to conventional imaging \[including CT, MRI, 111 In-pentetreotide Scans, 18F-FDG PET/CT, as available\]
