The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of: * casdatifan when taken alone in participants with advanced solid tumor malignancies and clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC) during the dose escalation stage; and * casdatifan monotherapy and casdatifan in combination with cabozantinib or zimberelimab or zimberelimab and ipilimumab in participants with ccRCC in the dose expansion stage.

The purpose of this study is assess the safety and tolerability of AB102 and characterize the pharmacokinetics (PK) profile of AB102 after single and multiple ascending oral dose(s).

The purpose of this study is to compare the single-dose pharmacokinetics (PK) of casdatifan 100 mg versus four 25 mg tablets under fasting conditions in healthy adult participants, and to evaluate the effect of food on the single-dose PK of casdatifan 100 mg administered as four 25 mg tablets in healthy adult participants.

The purpose of the study is to evaluate the progression-free survival (PFS) of casdatifan versus placebo when each is given in combination with cabozantinib in adult patients with confirmed advanced or metastatic clear cell Renal Cell Carcinoma who have experienced progression on or after prior anti-PD-1 or anti-PD-L1 immunotherapy.
