Knee Osteoarthritis and Thermal Spa Treatment

The goal of this interventional study is to evaluate the effectiveness at 6 months of the Enghien-les-Bains thermal spa treatment on functional disability and pain, assessed by the Minimal Clinically Important Improvement (MCII), in patients with knee osteoarthritis. The study is conducted in patients aged 50 to 80 years with knee osteoarthritis (Kellgren-Lawrence grade 2 to 4) and a baseline functional impairment defined by a normalized WOMAC function score ≥ 30. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Does the Enghien-les-Bains thermal spa treatment result in a clinically meaningful improvement in pain and functional disability at 6 months in patients with knee osteoarthritis? * Is the effectiveness of the Enghien-les-Bains thermal spa treatment superior to standard care, as assessed through an indirect comparison with an external control group from the ANGELLO randomized controlled trial (NCT0581943)? Patients receiving the Enghien-les-Bains thermal spa treatment are compared to the external control group of the ANGELLO randomized controlled trial (Saint-Jean-d'Angély), composed of non-spa-treated patients receiving standard care, to assess differences in pain and functional disability outcomes at 6 months. Patients of the study: * Undergo a standardized thermal spa treatment at Enghien-les-Bains. * Continue usual medical care for knee osteoarthritis. * Complete questionnaires and clinical assessments at baseline and at 6 months.

URGO FilmoCream Eczema + Dermocorticoids in Atopic Dermatitis

The goal of this clinical study is to determine whether URGO FilmoCream Eczema is effective as a non-steroidal treatment to relieve symptoms of atopic dermatitis. It also aims to evaluate the cream's ability to moisturize, soothe irritation, protect the skin, and promote healing of eczema lesions. The main questions the study seeks to answer are: 1. Does URGO FilmoCream Eczema improve symptom relief of atopic dermatitis when used alongside standard topical corticosteroid treatment? 2. How do eczema lesions treated with topical corticosteroids alone progress and heal compared to those treated with topical corticosteroids plus URGO FilmoCream Eczema? To investigate this, patients with at least two similar eczema lesions are enrolled. One lesion is treated with topical corticosteroids alone, while the other is treated with topical corticosteroids plus URGO FilmoCream Eczema. The progression of both lesions is monitored throughout treatment, until healing, and for 28 days after the last application of topical corticosteroids.

Knee Osteoarthritis and Spa Therapy

The aim of this clinical trial is to assess the efficacy of the 18-day balneotherapy program (therapeutic indication: Rheumatology) in terms of functional incapacity and the disorders (pain, joint stiffness) induced by osteoarthritis of the knee, and thus improves patients\' quality of life, in patients presented with knee osteoarthritis. The French National Academy of Medicine encourages the re-use of RCT data when available. In this context, the current study is designed as a single-arm prospective study with external comparison using the propensity score. The Control group consists of the patients which were allocated to the Control group of reference randomized clinical trial (RCT) "ANGELLO Study" (NCT05819437). These patients received standard care for knee osteoarthritis, i.e., pain management and exercise recommendations. All patients enrolled in the current study benefit of 18-day balneotherapy program (therapeutic indication: Rheumatology) with Mineral Water of Santenay (Burgundy, France), and examination with a practitioner at enrollment and 6 months after the beginning of spa treatment.
