[18F]F-AraG PET Imaging in Alzheimer's Disease

This study evaluates the use of \[18F\]F-AraG PET/CT imaging to quantify activated T cell involvement in patients with Alzheimer's disease (AD). Participants will undergo total-body dynamic PET imaging to assess tracer uptake in the brain and peripheral organs. Results will be compared between participants with AD and healthy controls to characterize both central nervous system and systemic immune alterations in AD

Imaging Immune Activation in COVID-19

This is a single center, single arm exploratory imaging study involving up to two intravenous microdoses of \[18F\]F-AraG (the second tracer dose is optional) followed by whole-body PET-CT imaging in participants with convalescent COVID-19. Up to 80 participants will be enrolled over an accrual period of approximately 48 months.

Imaging Advanced NSCLC Patients Undergoing PD-1/PD-L1 Directed Therapy Using [18F]-FARAG

This pilot study uses \[18F\]F AraG PET imaging to evaluate the immunological response to checkpoint inhibitor therapy (CkIT) in patients with advanced NSCLC tumors. The study's main objectives are to quantify the change in \[18F\]F AraG PET signal before and while on CkIT therapy and to correlate this change in \[18F\]F AraG PET signal with radiographic response. To explore these objectives, eligible subjects will undergo pre- and on - CkIT treatment \[18F\]F AraG PET/CT scans, and will be followed up for 12 months for assessment of radiographic and clinical outcomes. This study is a single-site, open label, non randomized, single arm pilot trial. Patients and care providers will not be blinded to any part of the study.

Test-retest Evaluation of [18F]F-AraG PET

This pilot study aims to evaluate the test-retest variability of \[18F\]F-AraG-PET imaging in patients with advanced NSCLC tumors. The main objectives of the study are to quantify the uptake of \[18F\]F-AraG in tumors and lymphoid tissue in two consecutive scans spaced not longer than 7 days apart from each other to estimate the magnitude of physiologic and measurement variability. To explore these objectives, eligible subjects will undergo two \[18F\]F-AraG PET/CT scans within 7 days of each other prior to receiving treatment. This study is a single-site, open-label, non-randomized, single-arm pilot trial. Patients and care providers will not be blinded to any part of the study.

Imaging Immune Activation in HIV by PET-MR

This is a single center exploratory imaging study involving one intravenous microdose of \[18F\]F-AraG followed by whole-body positron emission tomography-magnetic resonance (PET-MR) imaging in HIV infected individuals to determine the anatomical distribution of the PET tracer. Participants will be enrolled if they were treated during early or late HIV infection. In addition, individuals not on antiretroviral therapy (ART) or with HIV-1 plasma RNA levels \>5,000 copies/mL will be enrolled. Up to 30 participants will be enrolled with HIV.
