Observational Study of Psychomotor Development in Children Born in France to Parents Born in Sub-Saharan Africa.

The goal of this observational study is to determine whether there are specific characteristics of psychomotor development in children born in France to parents born in Sub-Saharan Africa, using the Bayley Scales of Infant and Toddler Development, Fourth Edition (Bayley-4). The main question it aims to answer : Is there a difference in the average raw scores on the motor scale between children born in France to parents from Sub-Saharan Africa and the French standard of the Bayley-4? Child participants will be included in the study, and their parents will complete a socio-demographic questionnaire. The children will then be observed by the investigator in an enriched environment for 60 to 90 minutes. If necessary, the investigator may provide verbal stimulation. The children will not be physically manipulated by the investigator, and breaks may be taken at any time as needed. Once the observation is complete, the participant's involvement in the study will end.

Can Selfcompassion Training Reduce Alcohol Consumption in Patients With Alcohol Use Disosrder ?

The objective of this interventional study is to evaluate the effectiveness of the Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) program in reducing alcohol consumption in a population of individuals with Alcohol Use Disorder (AUD), six months after the intervention. The MSC program was designed to enhance self-compassion skills. It has demonstrated a mediating effect on symptoms of stress, depression, and anxiety, which are known to contribute to the maintenance of AUD. Outpatients with AUD will be included after providing informed consent and will be randomized into two groups (MSC+TAU vs TAU). The follow-up includes 13 visits over a 9-month period, with group sessions according to allocation. Three follow-up visits are scheduled up to six months after the end of the sessions. Participants will complete several scales and surveys (AUDIT, TLFB, SCS, HAD, SSS-S, TOSCA-3, AQoLS, MAAS, Fagerström, CUDIT-R, EVA craving).

Validation of the French Version of the Prediction of the Alcohol Withdrawal Severity Scale (PAWSS)

The goal of this observational study is to validate the French version of the PAWSS scale in a population of patients with Alcohol Use Disorders. Prediction of Alcohol Withdrawal Severity Scale (PAWSS) has an excellent psychometric characteristics and predictive value of complicated alcohol withdrawal. The main question it aims to answer is: Are the psychometric properties of the French version of the PAWSS scale comparable to those of the English version in a population of alcohol use disorders subjects? AUDs participants are included and followed for three days during their hospitalization, They will performed several scales and surveys (DSM-5 AUD criteria, AUDIT, French version of PAWSS and CIWA-AR).

HR-EEG Contribution in Prognostic Evaluation of Language Development in Children With ASD

The goal of this prospective observational multicentric cohort study is to evaluate the clinical prognostic value of the speech tracking score of language development in children with ASD aged from 3 years to 4 years and half at inclusion. Participants will followed during 4 years with an annual visit. During these visits, each participant will be clinically evaluated (scales and tests) and performed an EEG-HR recording. Two groups will be formed, one with children diagnosed with ASD with language delay, and a control group composed of non-ASD children without language delay, matched on age and gender with the ASD group.
