High-Strength Suture vs. Traditional Tension Band for Patellar Fractures

This prospective cohort study aims to evaluate the clinical efficacy of high-strength suture modified tension band fixation in treating patellar fractures and compare it with traditional screw-cable tension band fixation. Adult patients (18-55 years) with AO/OTA 34-C1 or 34-C2 patellar fractures will be enrolled and followed for 12 months. Primary outcomes include Lysholm knee function score, knee range of motion (ROM), and visual analog scale (VAS) pain score at 12 months post-surgery. Secondary outcomes include fracture healing time, radiographic alignment quality, complication rates, reoperation rates, implant removal rates, SF-36 health survey scores, and patient satisfaction. No additional biological samples will be collected; data will focus on clinical, radiographic, and follow-up information.

Research on Early Diagnosis and Risk Stratification Biomarkers of Anti-Tumor Drug-Associated Interstitial Pneumonia Driven by Multi-Omics Integration

This study aims to construct an early diagnostic biomarker panel and risk stratification model for anti-tumor drug-related ILD through integrative analysis of multi-omics data including genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, and metabolomics. Using baseline and post-treatment longitudinal samples collected from a multi-center prospective cohort, we will apply machine learning to screen for stable and reproducible feature sets and evaluate their sensitivity, specificity, and clinical applicability in an independent validation cohort. The goal is to achieve early identification and stratified management of ILD, optimize treatment decisions, reduce the incidence of severe adverse events, and improve patient survival and quality of life.

Preoperative Rehabilitation Training and Total Knee Arthroplasty Outcomes

Joint replacement surgery is an effective treatment for severe joint diseases, but the postoperative recovery process is complex and lengthy. Preoperative rehabilitation training, as an important part of preoperative preparation, has been proven to significantly improve postoperative recovery outcomes. However, there is currently a lack of systematic research on the optimal protocols and duration of preoperative rehabilitation training and their specific impacts on postoperative recovery. This study aims to evaluate the effects of preoperative rehabilitation training on postoperative recovery after joint replacement through a randomized controlled trial, providing scientific evidence for clinical practice.
