Comparison of Three Airway Intubation Devices for First-Attempt Success in General Anesthesia Patients

The goal of this clinical trial is to compare three airway intubation devices in adult patients undergoing general anesthesia who require tracheal intubation. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Does the SPHJ-II video-assisted adjustable red-light fluoroscopic tracheal intubation scope improve first-attempt intubation success compared with a visual lighted stylet and a visual intubation fiberscope? * How do the three devices compare in intubation efficiency, intubation-related complications, and peri-intubation physiological responses? Researchers will compare the SPHJ-II, the visual lighted stylet, and the visual intubation fiberscope to evaluate their performance during tracheal intubation. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of the three device groups and undergo tracheal intubation during general anesthesia using the assigned device.

Fu's Subcutaneous Needling for Postacute Lateral Ankle Sprain and Prevention of Chronic Ankle Instability

Introduction: Fu's Subcutaneous Needling (FSN) is a new type of acupuncture treatment method based on the subcutaneous tissue sweeping technique, and it has been proven to have a good therapeutic effect on ankle sprain. However, at present, the difference between its curative effect and the ankle joint orthosis and exercise therapy recommended by the Guidelines remains unclear. Therefore, this study aims to explore the improvement effects of FSN on pain relief, joint function improvement, and ankle balance ability by comparing with ankle orthosis combined with exercise therapy. Verify whether it is more helpful in preventing the progression of lateral ankle sprain (LAS) to chronic ankle instability (CAI) and provide evidence-based basis for clinical decision-making. Methods and analysis: This study is a randomized, parallel - controlled, single - center prospective clinical study. This study will include 60 subjects with postacute lateral ankle sprain and divide them into the FSN group and the combined treatment group. There are 30 cases in each group. The FSN group will be treated with Fu's subcutaneous needling three times a week for a total of two weeks. The Combined treatment group will wear ankle orthotics from 9:00 to 20:00, and complete resistance exercise training every day for a total of two weeks.Patients will be followed up for 6 months after the treatment. The main efficacy index is the change value of the Visual Analog Scale (VAS) compared to the baseline after 2 weeks of treatment. The secondary indicators include active range of motion (ROM) of the ankle joint, Star Excursion Balance Test (SEBT), and the Foot and Ankle Ability Measure (FAAM) to prove the clinical efficacy. Ethics and dissemination: This study strictly adheres to the ethical guidelines of the Declaration of Helsinki.This study has passed the review of the Ethics Committee of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medicine. Approval No.: YF 2025 - 158 - 01. All subjects will sign a written informed consent form. The research results will be publicly published in journals indexed by SCI. Clinical Study on the Healing of Distal Radius Fractures With Conservative Treatment Assisted by Fu's Subcutaneous Needling

The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Fu's subcutaneous needling (FSN) therapy combined with rehabilitation exercises in promoting fracture healing after conservative treatment of distal radius fractures (DRFs) in adult patients (aged 18-85 years) with acute DRFs. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Does FSN therapy accelerate radiographic union compared to Sham FSN therapy? * Does FSN therapy improve functional outcomes (e.g., pain, swelling, joint mobility) and anatomical stability (e.g., volar tilt, radial height) in DRF patients? Researchers will compare the FSN therapy plus rehabilitation training group to the Sham FSN therapy plus rehabilitation training group to see if FSN provides superior clinical benefits in fracture healing and functional recovery. Participants will: 1. Receive either FSN or Sham FSN therapy (12 sessions over 8 weeks) alongside standardized rehabilitation exercises. 2. Undergo periodic assessments (weeks 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, and 12) for radiographic union, pain (VAS), swelling, wrist mobility, and functional status (DASH questionnaire). 3. Follow a phased rehabilitation protocol, including finger/shoulder exercises (weeks 1-3), gentle wrist movements (weeks 4-5), and resistance training (week 6 onward).

Efficacy and Mechanism of Fu's Subcutaneous Needling Treatment for Migraine Without Aura

This study aimed to compare the analgesic efficacy and quality-of-life improvement between FSN and flunarizine hydrochloride in patients with migraine without aura. The core research questions addressed were: Q1: Whether FSN demonstrates superior or at least equivalent therapeutic effects compared to the active control drug (flunarizine hydrochloride) in pain relief and quality-of-life enhancement for migraine without aura patients; Q2: To elucidate the mechanism of FSN in treating migraine without aura from a cerebral hemodynamic perspective. Participants will:1. Group allocation: A randomized design was employed, with 30 participants enrolled per group. 2. Interventions: Experimental group: Subjected to FSN monotherapy; Control group: Treated with oral flunarizine hydrochloride. 3. Treatment duration: All participants received a 4-week therapeutic intervention. 4. Outcome measures: The following parameters were systematically evaluated during treatment and follow-up: Visual Analog Scale (VAS) scores 、Migraine-Specific Quality of Life (MSQOL) scores、Near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) examinations.Researchers will compare FSN to flunarizine hydrochloride(a clinically established medication) to see if FSN exhibits superior or non-inferior efficacy to treat migraine without aura.
