Evaluate Recombinant Human Serum Albumin From Oryza Sativa In Patients With Hypoalbuminemia and/or Hypovolemia Requiring Urgent Treatment

This study is a post-marketing, multicenter, prospective, open-label observational study. It plans to enroll approximately 2,000 patients with hypoalbuminemia and/or hypovolemia requiring urgent treatment who are scheduled to receive at least one dose of Recombinant Human Albumin from Oryza Sativa. The study does not interfere with clinical diagnosis and treatment; the use of the study drug is solely determined by the attending physician based on the patient's condition and clinical guidelines. Study data will be collected during the patient's participation in the study, including baseline characteristics, medical history, concomitant medications, records of study drug administration and reasons for use, serum albumin levels (baseline and end of treatment), adverse events (AEs), adverse drug reactions (ADRs), serious adverse events (SAEs), and adverse events of special interest (AESIs). The follow-up period will primarily be conducted via telephone. The primary endpoint of the study is the incidence of all adverse drug reactions (ADRs). Secondary endpoints include the incidence of all adverse events (AEs), the incidence of AEs by severity, the incidence of serious adverse events (SAEs), the incidence of adverse events of special interest (AESIs), and the incidence of AEs leading to dose interruption, dose reduction, discontinuation, or death related to Recombinant Human Albumin Injection from Oryza Sativa. Efficacy evaluations include changes in serum albumin concentration before and after treatment and assessment of volume restoration.

A Study to Evaluate the Safety, Tolerability, and Preliminary Efficacy of OsrhCT in Patients With Pleurisy

Primary Objectives: To evaluate the safety and tolerability of single and multiple ascending doses of OsrhCT administered intrathoracically in patients with pleurisy, and to explore the DLT, MTD, and recommended effective dose of OsrhCT. Secondary Objectives: To evaluate the preliminary efficacy of single and multiple intrathoracic doses of OsrhCT. Population: Patients diagnosed with pleurisy requiring chest tube drainage. Investigational Products: Investigational Drug: Recombinant Human Chymotrypsin (OsrhCT), provided by Wuhan Healthgen Biotechnology Corporation, 4,000U/vial, freeze-dried powder, stored at 2-8°C. Placebo: Placebo for Recombinant Human Chymotrypsin (OsrhCT), provided by Wuhan Healthgen Biotechnology Corporation, freeze-dried powder, stored at 2-8°C. Study Design: The study comprises two parts: Single Ascending Dose (SAD) and Multiple Ascending Dose (MAD), both employing a multicenter, randomized, double-blind, and placebo-controlled design. Sample Size: A total of 72 subjects (both male and female) are expected to be enrolled in this trial, including 48 subjects for single-dose administration and 24 subjects for multiple-dose administration.

A Phase II Study of OsrHSA in Patients With Decompensated Cirrhotic Ascites

The study is designed to study the efficacy of IV OsrHSA or positive control HSA (10 g and 20 g IV everyday) for 14 days. After a screening period of up to 14 days, the eligible subjects will be randomized in a 4:1 ratio to OsrHSA and positive control HSA, respectively, in each cohort. Each enrolled subject will receive multiple assigned doses of OsrHSA. The Investigator and subjects will be blind to treatment assignment (OsrHSA or positive control HSA) in each cohort. During the study, subjects will be evaluated for efficacy, safety, tolerability, and immunogenicity. In each cohort, subjects will be stratified by baseline serum albumin level. If serum albumin reaches 35 g/L or more, the study drug or control drug administration may be terminated early. Subjects will have 3 follow-up visits in 2 weeks.
