The project is a national, prospective, multicenter pilot project. The project is focus on setting up the combined first trimester screening in the Czech Republic. The combined first trimester screening is aimed at predicting and detecting the most serious obstetric complications, such as the great obstetrical syndromes (preeclampsia, fetal growth restriction, preterm labor and intrauterine fetal demise "IUFD") and structural congenital defects (morphological and chromosomal). The primary objective of the project is to create a unified methodology for performing and evaluating the combined first trimester screening in connection with the National Health Information System (hereinafter referred to as "NHIS"), which will enable recording, providing analysis and linking recorded clinical parameters with data in the NHIS. The pilot project will also provide data for modeling appropriate mechanisms for reimbursement from public health insurance.

The project is a national, prospective, multicenter, single-arm interventional pilot of screening skin tumors in the Czech Republic. The primary aim of the project is to methodically prepare, implement and evaluate a pilot project that will verify the suitability of the proposed procedure of early detection of skin tumors by using a telemedicine tools and setting up and testing new methods and implementation into the system of social health care.

The primary aim of the project is to prepare, test, and develop a proposal for a national methodology for the care of children born prematurely. This will minimize the negative impacts on the overall development of the child and the family of the prematurely born children.

Overactive bladder (OAB) is one of the most common health problems in the adult population. The goal of this project is to improve the awareness of the problem and to correctly refer the targeted persons to a specialist or a doctor. This will be provided by an online screening tool, designed as web platform and mobile application, where the data will be stored in respect to GDPR. People with a positive result from the online screening tool will be offered an examination by a specialist (gynaecologist, urogynaecologist, urologist) involved in the project. The specialist will have access to the results from the online screening tool - he/she will log into the web platform with a view of the participants profile. He/she will perform the diagnosis, confirm or refute the diagnosis and complement it with any further diagnostic tests and set the standard treatment.

The project is a national, prospective, multicenter, interventional pilot project focused on protocol-driven nutrition in preterm infants in the Czech republic. The primary aim of the project is to prepare, test, and develop a proposal for a national methodology for the care of preterm newborns in the field of nutrition. This will reduce health risks in premature infants and minimize the negative impacts on the overall development of the child and the family of the premature infant.

The project is a national, prospective, multicenter, observational pilot project of screening CTEPH in pacients after APE in the Czech Republic. The main goal of the project is to methodically prepare, implement and evaluate a pilot project that will verify the suitability of the proposed procedure of early detection of Chronic tromboembolic pulmonary hypertesion in such a way as to ensure the maximum positive impact on the health of the population and high cost-effectiveness of the whole process.

The primary aim of the project is to prepare, test, and develop a proposal for a national methodology for the care of preterm newborns. The main goal of the project is to methodically prepare, implement and evaluate a pilot project that will verify the suitability of the proposed procedure for the early detection of malnutrition in oncology patients and hospitalised patients patients 65 years of age and older, as this has a significant effect on the quality of life and the effectiveness of the services provided oncological treatment.
