The purpose of this study is to determine the safety and efficacy of pan KRAS inhibitor JAB-23E73 in combination with nab-paclitaxel and gemcitabine in participants with metastatic PDAC harboring KRAS gene alterations.

This study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of JAB-30355 in adult participants with advanced solid tumors harboring TP53 Y220C mutation.

This is a multicenter, open-label, phase I/IIa to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamics, and preliminary antitumor activity of pan-KRAS inhibitor JAB-23E73 in patients with advanced solid tumors harboring KRAS mutations or amplification. The study consists of 2 phases: Phase 1 Dose Escalation and Phase IIa Dose Expansion.

This study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of pan-KRAS inhibitor JAB-23E73 in adult participants with advanced solid tumors

This is a Phase 1/2a, first-in-human, open-label study of JAB-8263, this study has two parts: solid tumor dose escalation and expansion study and hematology tumor dose escalation and expansion study. These two parts will determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD), recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) and assess the DLT of JAB-8263 in treatment with patients with advanced solid tumors and hematology tumors separately. 30 subjects each will be enrolled.
