Two Different Endoscopic Treatments for Rectal Neuroendocrine Neoplasms

The aim is to compare the safety and efficacy of endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) versus endoscopic partial muscle resection( EPMR) for the treatment of rectal neuroendocrine neoplasms (R-NENs), thereby providing guidance for optimizing therapeutic strategies. The investigators retrospectively analyzed consecutive patients with R-NENs who underwent endoscopic resection at our center between January 2020 and February 2026. Patients were assigned to either the ESD group or the EPMR group. Baseline characteristics and perioperative outcomes were compared, including the number of lesions, maximum lesion diameter, single-lesion procedure time, postoperative complications, positive margin rate, pathological staging, lymphovascular invasion, and the need for additional therapies.

Distribution Characteristics of Helicobacter Pylori

This study aimed to analyze the distribution characteristics of Helicobacter pylori(H. pylori) in varying stages of atrophic gastritis and early gastric cancer using immunohistochemical staining, with the goal of providing guidance for the early screening of gastric cancer. A retrospective analysis was conducted on gastric biopsy cases that underwent H. pylori immunohistochemical staining at our center from March 1, 2023, to August 15, 2025. Cases were classified into non-atrophic and atrophic groups based on the presence or absence of gastric atrophy. All cases were further divided into non-open and open atrophy groups and additionally into early gastric cancer and non-cancer groups. The distribution of H. pylori across subgroups was compared, and multivariate analyses were performed to identify risk factors associated with the development of early gastric cancer.

Efficacy of Upadacitinib After NECS in Vitiligo

The goal of this clinical trial is to investigate the efficacy of upadacitinib after NECS in participants with vitiligo. The main question it aims to answer is: whether the short time use of upadacitinib after NECS will improve NECS efficacy. Participants in the experimental group will receive upadacitinib after NECS, while Participants in the control group will receive NECS only.
