EXPLOration of Processes Involved in Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID)

Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID) is a psychological condition in which a person may feel as though they have multiple distinct personalities or identities. Today, this disorder is being discussed more and more, particularly among young people, partly due to its visibility on social media. However, researchers have observed that some individuals may mimic or exaggerate the symptoms, which makes it more difficult to understand the disorder. The goal of this study is therefore to better understand: * in which situations these identity shifts occur * what people feel at that moment * and what happens next To do this, researchers will interview approximately 60 people, some with a diagnosed DID and others exhibiting simulated symptoms. Participants will complete questionnaires and take part in an interview. The researchers will analyze: * the situations that trigger the changes * the associated thoughts and emotions * the behaviors * the consequences of these episodes The ultimate goal is to better understand this disorder in order to: * improve care * and better distinguish between genuine cases and feigned ones

Assessment of Cancer-related Post-traumatic Stress in Patients and Caregivers in the Year Following Diagnosis, and Identification of Their Expectations of Personalized Support - CANDYSTRESS

The impact of cancer on the lives of patients and their caregivers is undeniable. In addition to the potentially traumatic aspects (i.e., creating a very violent emotional shock) linked to the announcement of the disease and the various stages of the care pathway (effects of treatment, announcement of a cancer recurrence), even before the onset of the disease, patients and their caregivers may have been directly or indirectly confronted with traumatogenic events (e.g., childhood abuse, sudden death). They may therefore be more likely to develop a stress-related mental disorder in their lifetime. The question of the accumulation of traumatic events, the identification of groups of people at risk of developing symptoms of distress, and the management of these symptoms is therefore crucial. In addition, the mutual influence within the patient-caregiver dyad in terms of emotional adjustment, and its evolution throughout the cancer care pathway, are key elements to be considered in these issues. The CandyStress project is based on a partnership with patients, their caregivers and carers to identify the needs of patient-caregiver dyads at risk of cancer-related post-traumatic stress disorder (Ca-PTS). Longitudinal screening for Ca-PTS in the year following cancer diagnosis will be carried out to identify the characteristics of at-risk dyads who could benefit from long-term support. The aim of this project is to identify the potential need for targeted support and the desired format of this support. This is a preliminary step in identifying needs and the context conducive to the implementation of personalized support, but in no way an evaluation of the effectiveness of an intervention.

Identification of Specific Molecular Signatures in Pediatric, Adolescent, and Young Adult Rhabdomyosarcoma Through Spatial Proteome Analysis Using Mass Spectrometry

This non-interventional study aims to develop spatial proteomics for analyzing small FFPE tumor samples in rhabdomyosarcoma. It will identify molecular signatures linked to tumor regions, subtypes, survival, and treatment resistance, using pre-existing samples and data.

Fitness and Well-being of Caregivers in the Hauts-de-France Region

The ageing of the population is accompanied by an increase in the frequency of chronic illnesses, leading to a rise in the number of caregivers. These caregivers do not have the time to look after their own health, and they are very often in a deteriorated mental state with no knowledge of their level of fitness. A deterioration in their fitness can be a source of the development of diseases induced by a sedentary lifestyle. On the other hand, patients with chronic respiratory disease can benefit from respiratory rehabilitation (RR), which includes outpatient or home-based physical activity. The literature has demonstrated an improvement in the mental state of caregivers following a RR carried out by their loved ones without taking an interest in their fitness. The aim of the study will be to establish 1. a representation of the level of fitness and mental state of caregivers; 2. to assess the presence/absence of benefits on fitness and mental state of caregivers depending on the form of RR: home versus outpatient where the caregiver is not integrated in this last form.

Genetic Determinants of Exercise-Induced Muscle Damage (POLYGENDOMUS)

The objective of this study is to evaluate the association between the evolution of plasma CPK levels and genetic polymorphisms, both before the muscle-damaging exercise and at three post-exercise time points. The investigators aim to include 300 participants in this research.
