Treatment of Radiation and Cisplatin Induced Toxicities with Tempol

A 10 week trial to assess the ability of Tempol to prevent and/or reduce toxicities associated with cisplatin and radiation treatment in head and neck cancer patients. Over the course of the 10 week trial, mucositis, nephrotoxicity, and ototoxicity will be monitored and assessed.

Treatment of Metastatic Cancer in Terminally Diagnosed Patients

The objective is to provide terminally diagnosed patients with a last line of treatment while improving overall quality of life. Tempol can be added to any chemotherapy regimen to potentially reduce side effects and overcome chemoresistance.

A Single Patient Compassionate Use of MBM-02 (Tempol) for the Treatment of Prostate Cancer

A single patient compassionate use clinical trial for the use of MBM-02 (TEMPOL) for the treatment of prostate cancer. The single patient will be exposed to orally administered TEMPOL for up to 12 months at a maximum total daily dose of 800mg.
