Study on the Efficacy and Safety of Mecobalamin in Preventing Taxane-related Peripheral Neuropathy

Some patients receiving taxane-based chemotherapy experience numbness, tingling, or pain in their hands and feet, known as chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy (CIPN). This study aims to find out whether oral mecobalamin can prevent or reduce CIPN. Participants will be assigned to take mecobalamin or to receive no routine mecobalamin prevention during chemotherapy, and outcomes will be compared between groups.

Hydromorphone With Electroacupuncture and Ear Acupoint Pressing for Refractory Cancer Pain

This trial aims to address refractory cancer pain (RCP). It will explore the synergistic efficacy and safety of hydromorphone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets (HHST) combined with electroacupuncture (EA) and ear acupoint pressing beans (EAPB) for RCP. Key outcomes will include dynamic changes in Numerical Rating Scale (NRS) scores, proportions of patients with effective analgesia (≥30% NRS reduction from baseline) and marked remission (≥50% NRS reduction from baseline), daily HHST dosage, breakthrough pain (BP) frequency, and drug-related adverse events (AEs) graded by CTCAE 5.0.

Metabolomic and Lipidomic Analysis Predicts Immunotherapy-related Adverse Events in Gastric Cancer Patients

This study comprehensively examines metabolic and lipidomic dynamics in gastric cancer patients initiating PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitor therapy, employing a longitudinal design with pre- and post-treatment patients. The primary objectives include identifying irAE-associated metabolic and lipid biomarkers, developing predictive risk models, and evaluating the prognostic value of these molecular profiles. The findings are expected to contribute significantly to personalized treatment strategies and improved clinical decision-making in immunooncology.

Efficacy of Auricular Pressure Beans with Electroacupuncture and Estazolam Treating Insomnia Caused by Cancer

The core objectives of this study are to assess the short-term and long-term efficacy of auricular acupoint pressure beans combined with electroacupuncture and estazolam in the treatment of cancer-caused insomnia. The study aims to accurately compare the differences between this combination therapy and standard Western medicine in improving sleep quality and effectively alleviating anxiety and depression. Additionally, it will meticulously observe the safety of the combined treatment and record the occurrence and potential causative factors of any adverse reactions.

Electroacupuncture for Preventing Adverse Events of Cancer Immunotherapy

This study aims to investigate the preventive effects of electroacupuncture on immune-related adverse events (irAEs) in patients with malignant solid tumors at the neoadjuvant stage, locally advanced, unresectable, or metastatic stages, who are receiving immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) monotherapy, ICIs combined with anti-angiogenic agents, or ICIs combined with chemotherapy. The study will evaluate the efficacy, safety and mechanisms of electroacupuncture in preventing irAEs in a multicenter setting.

Survival With Olanzapine in Patients With Locally Advanced or Metastatic Upper Gastrointestinal and Lung Cancer

This study aims to assess the impact of adding olanzapine to nutritional advice and standard anti-tumor therapy on the survival and safety of patients with locally advanced, unresectable or metastatic gastric cancer, esophageal cancer, hepato-pancreaticobiliary cancer, and lung cancer. Researchers seek to determine whether olanzapine can improve progression-free survival (PFS), overall survival (OS), and objective response rate (ORR) in advanced cancer patients who received standard anti-tumor therapy, and investigate the relationship between olanzapine-induced weight changes and patient survival.
