Evaluation of Safety, Efficacy, and Pharmacokinetics of BT-114143 Injection in Patients With Abnormal Uterine Bleeding

This is a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, multiple-dose escalation, Phase Ib clinical study conducted in patients with abnormal uterine bleeding (e.g., AUB). It aims to evaluate the safety, efficacy, pharmacokinetic characteristics of multiple administrations of BT-114143 Injection at different doses, as well as to explore changes in coagulation-related biomarkers and quality of life. It is planned to enroll 39 adult patients with abnormal uterine bleeding.

Study on BT-114143 Reducing Perioperative Bleeding in Total Knee Arthroplasty(TKA)

This is a randomized, double-blind, active-controlled, multicenter, phase II clinical study designed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of BT-114143 Injection in the perioperative treatment of unilateral total knee arthroplasty. It is planned to enroll 270 subjects undergoing elective unilateral open total knee arthroplasty. Subjects will be randomly assigned to the BT-114143 high-dose group, BT-114143 low-dose group, or tranexamic acid treatment group in a 1:1:1 ratio. All subjects will receive intravenous injection of BT-114143 or tranexamic acid before and after surgical incision. The total perioperative blood loss in different treatment groups will be evaluated.

A Phase I Study of SNH-119014 in Healthy Volunteers

SNH-119014 is an oral small-molecule agonist of pyruvate kinase red blood cell isozyme (PKR) being developed for the treatment of hemolytic anemias. This initial study will characterize the safety, tolerability and the pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics (PK/PD) of a single ascending dose and multiple ascending doses of SNH-119014 in the context of Phase 1 studies in healthy volunteers. The effects of food on the absorption of SNH-119014 will also be evaluated in healthy volunteers.
