Impact of Advanced Crohn's Disease Therapies on Sleep Quality

The goal of this observational study is to measure changes in sleep quality before and after starting treatment with advance therapy in adult with Crohn disease. The main question it aims to answer is: what is the association between response to therapy and sleeping patterns? Participants who are about to begin advanced treatment will be asked to wear a Fitbit device before end after treatment initiation to monitor sleep patterns and sleep quality, complete a sleep diary and a sleep quality questionnaire. The follow-up period will last 26 weeks, during which disease severity and response to treatment will be assessed.

Individualizing Anti-TNF Therapy in Patients With Inflammatory Bowel Disease

This observational study aims to identify genes that may affect how patients with inflammatory bowel disease respond to anti-TNF treatment and why some patients lose response to treatment over time. The study will examine whether genetic markers can help predict which patients are more likely to respond to anti-TNF therapy. Participants who have not previously received anti-TNF treatment and are about to start advanced therapy will provide a blood sample to test for the genetic markers. Participants will also undergo regular assessments of current treatment, disease activity, and inflammatory markers during follow-up.

The Assessment of Infrared Treatment for Crohn's Disease

The goal of this clinical trial is to test the safety and efficacy of far Infra-red (fIR) therapy in Crohn's disease patients. The main questions it aims to answer are: 1. Is infrared therapy safe for treating Crohn's disease patients? 2. Is infrared therapy effective for treating Crohn's disease? Participants will be asked to attend 10 treatments of fIR therapy, provide stool and blood samples and answer questionnaires. Researchers will compare between 4 treatments: three intensities of fIR therapy and placebo treatment to explore which intensity is most effective for treating Crohn's disease.

Abdominally Targeted Management Exercises for Crohn's Disease Patients (TAME-CD)

The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if abdominally targeted exercises can assist to manage disease activity in Crohn disease (CD) patients. The main questions it aims to answer are: Does abdominally targeted exercises can improve the quality of life of CD patients. Does abdominally targeted exercises positively influence clinical and biological responses in CD patients. Researchers will compare performing sets of special physical exercises designed for CD patients, compared to a control set of exercises ("generic" physical activity) to see if exercises designed for CD can result in an improved quality of life, in CD patients suffering from mild to moderate disease activity. Participants will: * Perform physical exercises designed for CD or control set of exercises every day for 8 weeks. * Visit the clinic once every 4 weeks for doctor visit, blood and stool test and filling out questionnaires.
