Mobile App vs. In-Person Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation for Urinary Leakage in Adult Women

The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if a mobile app-guided pelvic floor rehabilitation program works as well as standard in-person pelvic floor rehabilitation to treat urinary leakage in adult women. The main question it aims to answer is: Does the app program improve quality of life related to urinary leakage as much as in-person rehabilitation? Researchers will compare the app-based program to in-person rehabilitation to see if both lead to similar improvements in quality of life. Participants will: Attend one medical visit before starting to confirm they are eligible Attend one in-person training session with a physiotherapist Follow either an app-based or an in-person pelvic floor rehabilitation program for 3 months Complete quality of life questionnaires at the start and at 4 months

Portuguese Mobile App Version of the ICIQ Bladder Diary for Adults With Urinary Symptoms: Development and Feasibility Study

The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate a mobile app version of the International Consultation on Incontinence Questionnaire Bladder Diary (ICIQ-Bladder Diary) in Portuguese adults with urinary symptoms. The study aims to learn whether an electronic bladder diary is feasible, easy to use, and well accepted by participants and physicians. The main questions it aims to answer are: Is the mobile app feasible, based on the percentage of participants who completely fill in the diary over 1 month? Do participants consider the app to be high quality and easy to use? Do participants and physicians prefer the electronic diary over paper formats? Participants will: Use the mobile app version of the ICIQ-Bladder Diary for 1 month; Complete questionnaires about app quality, usability, and preference, including the User Mobile App Rating Scale (uMARS). Six rehabilitation physicians will review the completed diaries and answer questions about ease of interpretation and preferred diary format. The investigators expect the app to be feasible and well accepted by both participants and physicians. If successful, the app may support wider use of electronic bladder diaries in clinical practice in Portugal.

To Evaluate the Feasibility and Safety of Combining Surgery (Pancreatectomy and Cytoreduction) With HIPEC for Treating Pancreatic Cancer With Peritoneal Involvement.

The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate the safety and feasibility of a combined surgical and chemotherapy approach (pancreatectomy with cytoreductive surgery and HIPEC) in patients aged 18 and older with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma and synchronous peritoneal metastases. The main questions it aims to answer are: Is the 90-day mortality rate for this intensive combined procedure lower than 5%? What are the postoperative morbidity and complication rates (as measured by the Clavien-Dindo classification) for these patients? How does this treatment impact the patient's quality of life 12 months after the procedure? Participants will: Complete at least 6 months of systemic chemotherapy to ensure the disease is stable or responding (biomarker CA19-9 must decline by \>20%). Undergo a major surgical procedure involving the removal of the pancreatic tumour (total Pancreatectomy or RAMPS) and any visible abdominal metastases (Cytoreductive Surgery). Receive Hyperthermic Intraperitoneal Chemotherapy (HIPEC), where heated Cisplatin and Paclitaxel are circulated in the abdominal cavity for 90 minutes during the operation. Participate in long-term follow-up to monitor recurrence-free and overall survival.
