Long-term Follow-up of Bio-signals and Quality of Recovery Following Implementation of ERAS

The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate the effect of an Enhanced Recovery After Surgery(ERAS) protocol in patients undergoing gynecologic laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia. The main question it aims to answer is: Does the ERAS protocol improve the quality of recovery compared to standard treatments? Researchers will compare ERAS protocol with standard treatment to see if ERAS protocol improves the quality of recovery after surgery. Participants will: * Receive ERAS protocol during the hospitalization * Undergo bio-signal monitoring for one month using Hi-Cardi Plus device and Galaxy Watch 7 * Visit the hospital at one week and one month after discharge * Complete questionnaires(QOR-15K, WHO-DAS 2.0, EQ-5D-3L) at 24 hours after surgery, at discharge, one week after discharge, and one month after discharge

Sudden Sensorineural Hearing Loss in Wonju Severance Christian Hospital

This study is to build a cohort of sudden sensorineural hearing loss (SSNHL) patients. When the patient visited the Department of otolaryngology clinic for hearing loss, we can diagnose the SSNHL following the result of pure tone audiometry and the history of the patient. The cohort is a system that tracks the hearing recovery status, timing, and degree of recovery of patients who received cocktail therapy with or without high-dose steroids, vasodilators, antiviral agents, and intratympanic steroid injections, satellite ganglion block, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy.

Taekwondo for Axial Spondyloarthritis

The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if Taekwondo training works to help adults with ankylosing spondylitis and axial spondyloarthritis. It will also learn about the safety of Taekwondo training for these adults. The main questions are as follows: * Will Taekwondo training affect disease activity, functional improvement, and quality of life? * Will there be a difference between adults who participate in Taekwondo training and adults who continue with their usual treatment? * Is Taekwondo training safe for adults with ankylosing spondylitis and axial spondyloarthritis, and will it be an appropriate exercise for these adults? * Is there a possibility to develop a structured Taekwondo-based exercise program for adults with musculoskeletal disorders? Participants will: * Be a part of the Taekwondo training group or the control group for 12 weeks (where the control group will later participate in the same 12 week Taekwondo for comparison) * Be assessed within 2 weeks before the start of the training * Be assessed within 1 week after completing the training

Home High-Flow Nasal Cannula vs. Noninvasive Ventilation for Stable Chronic Respiratory Failure

The goal of this clinical trial is to compare the effects of home high-flow nasal cannula (HFNC) therapy and noninvasive ventilation (NIV) in patients with stable chronic hypercapnic respiratory failure. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Does HFNC or NIV reduce blood carbon dioxide levels more effectively? * How well do patients tolerate and adhere to each therapy? * Are there differences in oxygen saturation, respiratory rate, and quality of life between the two treatments? Participants Will: * Use either HFNC (myAirvo2®) or NIV (Trilogy Evo®) every night for at least 4 hours over a 6-week period. * Visit the hospital for checkups and arterial blood gas tests at the end of each 6-week period. * Switch to the alternate device after six weeks as part of the crossover study design. * Have their device usage recorded and analyzed.

Prognostic Value Of Short-Term Follow-up Biomarkers After Discharge In hOspitalized Patients With Acute Heart Failure

Several surrogate biomarkers including natriuretic peptide(NP), and growth differentiation factor-15(GDF-15) and ST2 has prognostic significance in heart failure(HF), and reductions in its value may predict clinical improvement. However, there are limited data regarding the prognostic value of these biomarkers during short-term follow-up after discharge in acute decompensated heart failure. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the prognostic value of short-term follow-up surrogate biomarkers for predicting prognosis of hospitalized patients with acute decompensated heart failure.
